1. What these terms cover
SARATHI OS (“SARATHI”) is a private, single-owner personal AI operating system operated by Dhruvang Bhatt (the “owner”) for the owner’s own use. It is not a public service, is not offered to third parties, and has no user accounts or sign-up. These terms describe the conditions that apply to SARATHI, to this information website, and to the owner’s connection of SARATHI to their own Google account.
2. This website
This website is provided for information only. You may read it freely. Nothing on it is an offer of a service, and no account or agreement is created by visiting it.
3. Use of SARATHI
SARATHI is intended for use by its owner, on the owner’s own computer, with the owner’s own accounts. Anyone else must not attempt to access, use or connect to SARATHI. The owner is responsible for using SARATHI lawfully and for keeping the computer and accounts it uses secure.
4. Google account access
SARATHI accesses Google services only with the owner’s consent through Google’s own sign-in screen, and only for the owner’s own account. Calendar and Gmail access is read-only; changes to Google Docs and Sheets are limited to items the owner has pre-approved and require the owner’s approval. The owner can withdraw consent at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. SARATHI’s handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, and its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.
5. AI-generated output
SARATHI uses AI models to produce summaries, suggestions and drafts. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. The owner should check anything important before relying on it, and SARATHI is designed so that consequential actions require the owner’s approval.
6. No warranty
SARATHI and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, SARATHI or this website.
8. Intellectual property
The SARATHI name, design and software belong to the operator. Third-party names and services mentioned (such as Google and OpenAI) belong to their respective owners.
9. Changes and termination
These terms, SARATHI and this website may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
